* The registration platform for the EfVET conference has been closed because the number of registrations has excessed the applicable one. The hotel conference facilities can accommodate max. 240 delegates. EfVET had never received before so many registrations within 4 weeks. Round tables
The Round table session at EfVET International Conference in Como, introduce a procedure structured into 2 phases. EfVET offers European projects the opportunity to disseminate progress, results and products of project outcomes and sustainability Conference delegates to walk around and quickly gain an overall understanding on all initiatives presented. 3 sessions of 30 minutes each.
The fee includes
- All Conference materials.
- All coffee/tea breaks and lunches during the Conference.
- Welcome reception and dinner at the hotel on Wednesday evening 24 October 2018.
- The Gala Dinner on Friday evening 26 October 2018.
- The lunch and the excursion on Saturday afternoon 27 October 2018.

(Bus/Train to Milano Central Station and then train to Como San Giovanni)
The closest train station is Como San Giovanni (only 3 km away). From there, getting to Sheraton Lake Como is easy and takes a few minutes thanks to the private taxi service available outside the station. From Milano Centrale train station and Milan Porta Garibaldi train station, trains to Como S. Giovanni station leave approximately every hour. It takes 51min to travel from Milan to Como San Giovanni.

Registration
Registration starts at 12.00 on 24th October 2018, with the conference scheduled to start at 14.00 sharp. Please collect your delegate badge and conference bags and literature from the registration desk on arrival, which will be the main information point for the event and will be manned throughout 3 days.
Welcome reception at 19.00 to 20.00 followed by dinner.
